ZEN AEVARA is the product engineering brand currently operated by DB1008. The brand was previously presented as AEVARA Tech.

ZEN AEVARA 1008 PRIVATE LIMITED is the ROC-approved proposed company name. DB1008 intends to transition future operations to that company after completion of incorporation and the applicable tax, banking, statutory, contractual, personnel, and operational formalities.

ROC approval or reservation of a proposed company name does not by itself incorporate the company or transfer any contract, Statement of Work, invoice, payment arrangement, tax documentation, employee or personnel obligation, intellectual property right, service responsibility, or other right or obligation.

A transition to ZEN AEVARA 1008 PRIVATE LIMITED for any customer engagement will take effect only through a written assignment, novation, replacement Statement of Work, amended agreement, or other mutually executed document, together with updated statutory and banking information where applicable.

Until such documentation becomes effective for a particular engagement, DB1008 remains the responsible contracting party under the applicable agreement or Statement of Work.
